Discovery (WBD) ha rechazado una oferta de Paramount Skydance por valor de 108.400 millones de d\u00f3lares (unos 103.000 millones de euros) para comprar la totalidad de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, afirmando que la propuesta era inferior <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobileworldlive.com\/north-america\/netflix-strikes-72b-deal-for-warner-bros-discovery\/\">a la oferta de su rival Netflix<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una carta a los accionistas, la junta directiva de WBD ha declarado que han determinado por unanimidad que la oferta de Paramount no era lo mejor para ellos y no cumple con los criterios de una &#8220;propuesta superior&#8221; seg\u00fan los t\u00e9rminos de su &#8220;acuerdo de fusi\u00f3n con Netflix&#8221; anunciado a principios de diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de WBD, Samuel Di Piazza Jr., ha agregado que han concluido que el valor de la oferta era inadecuado y que implicaba riesgos y costes considerables para los accionistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Esta oferta una vez m\u00e1s no aborda las preocupaciones clave que hemos comunicado constantemente a Paramount a lo largo de nuestro amplio compromiso y revisi\u00f3n de sus seis propuestas anteriores&#8221;, ha dicho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La junta directiva ha reiterado su apoyo a la integraci\u00f3n en con Netflix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MWL_board_decision_meeting_650Netflix ha llegado a un acuerdo por 72.000 millones de d\u00f3lares (unos 68.500 millones de euros) con WBD por sus activos de televisi\u00f3n, cine y streaming.
